Executive, Facultative Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Review reinsurance documents (new offers, renewals, slips, and endorsements) and process policy premiums
• Liaise with underwriters, cedants and brokers to follow up on pending policy premium closings
• Monitor and coordinate outstanding matters with other departments
• Perform audits on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Consolidate and prepare monthly reports and submissions
• Support any other projects or duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder and above; 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in (re)Insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, with strong numerical skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks independently.
• A good team player, well-organized and proactive.
