Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Events Intern to support our Projects & Events team. Youll gain hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of brand activations, roadshows, and lifestyle events. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about events, branding, and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of automotive, F&B, and lifestyle-related events

  • Support the team in venue sourcing, logistics coordination, and vendor communications

  • Help prepare event decks, proposals, and reports

  • Be involved in on-site event execution, including setup, registration, guest management, and teardown

  • Support administrative tasks such as database management, timeline tracking, and budgeting

  • Liaise with marketing and design teams for content and event collateral

  • Conduct market and trend research to support event conceptualisation

  • Contribute ideas for creative activations and community-driven experiences

  • Assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • Strong interest in events, branding, and hospitality experiences

  • Meticulous and well-organised with good time management

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and a strong team player

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Able to work some weekends or evenings during event days

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months (longer preferred)
