Enrolment Coordinator

Salt is looking to hire an ‘Enrolment Coordinator to support applicants making informed choices in the enrolment process while embarking new educational programs for upskilling and professional development. This is a contractual position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the Program Lead, coordinators facilitate eligible candidates enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class.

· Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducing documents and contracts checks throughout enrolment process.

· Handle withdrawals/deferments before start of course.

· Utilize CRM platform to processes candidates registration end-to-end - from registration to enrolment and to track any pending candidates on their progress and contact them to offer follow up support, as needed.

· Provide daily update on the progress on enrolment status (including withdrawals)

· Review existing processes with team to initiate, develop and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-disciplined and maturity to represent clients brands

· Experience in administrative roles (comfortable with Excel functions and have end-user CRM experience).

· Business background (e.g.: Diploma, Degree, relevant industry experience) preferred
