Distribution Assistant cum Driver

Job Description

• To ensure accountability of in-store, E-commerce orders and commercial/non-commercial inventory within working compound
• To ensure traceability of in/outbound movement, handover process of in-store, E-commerce orders and commercial/non-commercial inventory
• Responsible in resolving discrepancy, dispute in regards to in-store, E-commerce orders and commercial/non-commercial inventory within stipulated timelines
• Responsible for all parcel and fixtures movement deliveries, collections, internal transfer in a safe and professional manner.
•  Responsible for the operational readiness (e.g. administrative and condition) of vehicle at all times
• To ensure parcel are packed accurate accordingly to the order packing slip and handover to 3PL delivery partner in a timely manner.
• Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Process good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative
• Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment
• 5 days work week in rotating shift
• Valid class 3 driving license in Singapore
