Job Responsibilities

This role focuses on designing and developing advanced AI-driven solutions for game developers and gamers, emphasizing Reinforcement Learning (RL), Generative AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The candidate will collaborate with AI engineers, game developers, and software engineers to enhance game mechanics, player engagement, and content creation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research, design, and implement rewards-based agents using RL for gaming applications.
  • Develop and optimize RAG-based solutions for dynamic content creation and adaptive interactions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI models into workflows.
  • Create AI-powered gaming tools for immersive experiences.
  • Develop and tune models to improve AI in gaming.
  • Analyze game data to train and improve AI decision-making.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements in gaming.
  • Evaluate model performance and scalability through experimentation.
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining AI models in production.
  • Document research and methodologies for internal and external sharing.
Qualifications

Prerequisites include a strong background in RL, Generative AI, and RAG, proficiency in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow, familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal, knowledge of LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, cloud deployment experience, problem-solving skills, and a passion for gaming.

Education & Experience

Masters or PhD in a relevant field, with 1+ years of AI research or applied machine learning experience, preferably in gaming or interactive media.

Travel Requirements

Based in Singapore, with occasional travel (up to 1 trip per year) for conferences or collaborations.
