Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or in-person.
* Handle administrative tasks such as updating customer records and issuing payment invoices.
* Resolve customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Suggest improvements to processes for better customer experience.

Requirements and Skills
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Competent in POS system
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* 5 day work week (required to work one weekend/week)
* Work hours: 11-8pm (with meal breaks)
