Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Care Specialist to be part of their Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.**Duties of Customer Care Specialist**:- Facilitate the transition of showroom visitors into workshop sales.- Oversee the intake process and daily sales of vehicle service products.- Promptly manage customer vehicle intake for repairs and servicing.- Maintain comprehensive documentation on service costs and vehicle history.- Create job orders based on customer requirements.- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently.- Deliver personalized and attentive service to all customers.- Track job progress, suggest additional repairs or services, ensure vehicle readiness for pick-up, and conduct follow-ups with customers after service completion.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive Industry- Possess valid Class 3 Driving License- EA License No: 19C9682- EA Personnel No: R2199158- EA Personnel Name: Soo Wei De
