Job Description

Job Tasks:

• Concept DevelopmentCollaborate with clients and teams to understand project requirements. Brainstorm and present creative ideas.
• Design ExecutionCreate visual elements like logos, product packaging, social media content, illustrations, and graphics. Develop layouts for marketing materials and user interfaces. Produce motion graphics and animations.
• Branding and IdentityMaintain and update brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Research and Trend AnalysisStay updated with design trends and tools. Conduct market research and apply insights to designs.
• Quality ControlReview designs for errors before finalizing. Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Technical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design software. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital animation tools.
• Key SkillsCreativity, attention to detail, time management, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual designs.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

• An eye for detail, aesthetics, and current design trends, especially in branding and marketing.

• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
