As our Consulting Manager, youll lead recruitment projects, manage client relationships, and hunt for superstar candidates like a talent-savvy Sherlock Holmes. The beauty? You get to choose whether to work in your PJs at home or in our buzzing office (we promise good coffee).

This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who thrives on results, freedom, and the sweet sound of “Youve been hired!” from happy candidates.

Requirements

• You should be a Singaporean - you know the local market inside-out.
• CEI Certified - because we play by the rules and value professionalism.
• Proven track record in agency recruitment, consistently meeting or exceeding placement and revenue targets.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to win and grow accounts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
