CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

• To deliver solutions and services proposed through working closely with internal Teams, manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Engineer role delivering AV solutions in construction or A&A (Addition & Alteration) environments.

• Proven ability to interpret construction and AV schematic drawings.

• Competence in producing AV construction drawings.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Preferred (Optional):

• Hands-on experience managing projects on live construction sites.

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) interpretation.

• Technical knowledge of AV products and system architecture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related engineering discipline.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with AV design tools.

• Solid understanding of AV technologies, including video distribution, audio processing, conferencing systems, and control platforms.

• Familiarity with protocols such as HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, RS-232, and TCP/IP.

• Experience with products from leading AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Cisco).

• AVIXA CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D certifications are advantageous.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
