Clinical Manager Cardiology Ultrasound APAC
The Clinical Product Manager is responsible for creating value propositions aligned with clinical needs through competitive analysis and scientific research. They oversee clinical roadmaps and endorsement strategies for successful product launches, working with limited supervision. The role manages competitive intelligence on clinical and technological developments, analyzing trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions and industry leadership. It drives endorsement strategies for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, collaborates on integrating new solutions into the portfolio, and develops value propositions that meet clinical and market demands. The role handles mid-complexity problems by analyzing data and interpreting clinical imaging data to support treatment planning.
Your role:- Conducts competitive intelligence on clinical and technological developments, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Implements endorsement strategies to support NPI launches, contributing to feature design, costing, pricing, quoting, and training materials.
- Supports regional marketing and sales teams with product and market knowledge as a subject matter expert.
- Coordinates localization and dissemination of clinical evidence, and leads the selection of events to engage professional audiences, focusing on clinical development to enhance business roadmaps.
- Analyzes clinical trends, technical possibilities, and market segmentation to develop healthcare development, endorsement, and clinical roadmaps.
- Develops functional specifications and prioritizes features to meet user needs with optimal protocol settings.
- Provides input into value propositions that reflect clinical needs and market demands.
- Draws insights from clinical research and feasibility studies to support innovation and align product development with clinical trends.
- Analyzes clinical imaging data to inform treatment planning, product development, and generate clinical evidence through white papers and case studies.
- Addresses mid-complexity problems by data analysis and evaluation, collaborating with internal and external experts.
- Interprets clinical imaging data to support treatment planning and product design, contributing to revenue through evidence generation.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelors or 3 years with a Masters in Healthcare Technology, Product Management, or related areas.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to strategy.
- Skills in stakeholder collaboration and influence, working across boundaries to maximize value.
- Customer and quality-focused mindset.
