The Role As CFO, youll play a critical role in steering the companys financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and commercial insights. Youll lead our finance function with a strong focus on investor engagement, business analytics, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising Leadership

• Lead and manage the companys equity fundraising process from preparation to execution
• Craft compelling investor narratives and improve the positioning of investor materials
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic storytelling and board presentations

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Drive deeper analysis of product mix and revenue streams
• Develop and track core business metrics that inform operational and commercial decisions
• Build robust financial models and scenario planning tools for growth and risk assessment

3. Strategic Commercial Support

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and business unit leaders in driving growth and profitability
• Strengthen commercial decision-making by providing clear financial insights and forecasts
• Support internal leaders in building their commercial understanding and business acumen

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in high-growth startups or venture-backed companies
• Strong fundraising track record with VCs or strategic investors
• Deep understanding of FP&A, financial modeling, and SaaS or digital health business metrics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
