Chief Financial Officer

As a transformational leader at Vedanta, you will be responsible for providing financial insights to drive strategy, expansion, pricing, and cost optimization. Your role will involve evaluating capex proposals, ensuring working capital efficiency, and compliance with DoF regulations on fertilizer subsidies and pricing. Monitoring costing, regulatory audits, MIS, and plant performance will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, overseeing statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting while leading and mentoring finance teams across locations will be essential in this role.To excel in this position, you should hold a CA/CMA/MBA in Finance with 10-15 years of exposure in Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing finance. A strong understanding of DoF subsidy guidelines, IFMS/mFMS, costing, and plant finance is required.
