The Opportunity

• Lead the end-to-end Quality Management function across manufacturing operations, driving a strong culture of food safety, quality excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Own and strengthen Quality Management Systems including ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, supplier quality, laboratory management, process validation, and regulatory compliance across local and export markets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain on new product launches, CAPEX validation, supplier development, and manufacturing optimisation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Quality team while serving as the key custodian for audits, customer quality performance, complaint management, and strategic quality initiatives.

We're Looking For

• Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience within FMCG food or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.
• Strong expertise across Food Safety, Quality Systems, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated track record leading audits, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performing quality teams.
