Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, analyzing, selling, and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective commercial/corporate/FIG clients.
• Understanding clients and prospects processes and buying patterns for effective solutioning.
• Driving business growth to meet balance, revenue, and mandate KPIs.
• Assisting in all Cash Management product commercialization activities and providing feedback to the Product team.
• Participating in task forces or projects to improve processes, develop products, and support inter-departmental tasks.
• Participating in events and activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements include:

• A degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Cash Management or Relationship Management roles.
• Preferred experience in Cash Management and product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and apply innovative propositions to generate business opportunities.
• Soft skills include adaptability, willingness to learn, and stakeholder management.
