As part of our Regulatory Assurance team, you will:

• Perform independent regulatory assurance and compliance reviews for financial services clients to assess adherence to applicable regulations
• Conduct regulatory audits and compliance reviews, identifying gaps and recommending practical solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and helping strengthen their regulatory frameworks and obligations
• Support the design, development, and implementation of robust regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Develop monitoring programmes, carry out compliance testing, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes and internal controls
• Participate in secondment opportunities to gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of clients’ operations and business environments

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of banking and capital markets operations, payment services, and Singapore’s regulatory landscape (including the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, Payment Services Act, Financial Advisers Act, and MAS regulations such as AML requirements)
• A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
• Strong academic track record demonstrating consistent performance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated interest in risk and controls, fintech, and the broader financial services industry
• Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to deliver practical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
