Key Responsibilities

Finance & Fund Operations (Hands-On Execution)

•      Maintain full sets of accounts for the management company

•      Prepare management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial analysis

•      Execute capital calls and distributions

•      Compute management fees, carried interest, and fund expense allocations

•      Liaise directly with fund administrators and independently review/prepare NAV workings

•      Manage fund cash flow, capital call planning, and liquidity

•      Manage payment processing, banking, and treasury matters

•      Coordinate and prepare audit schedules and year-end financial statements

•      Liaise directly with external auditors and manage the annual audit process end-to-end

•      Prepare and file statutory and regulatory financial reports

•      Assist with financial data for fundraising and due diligence processes

•      Track portfolio companies’ financial performance

•      Support valuation analysis in coordination with the investment team

Ideal Candidate Profile

•      Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

•      CPA / ACCA / CA optional

•      2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial services. Graduates with junior accounting experience can be considered.

•      Strong understanding of LP/GP structures, capital calls, fund reporting, and fee mechanics

•      Proven experience preparing and filing statutory and regulatory financial reports

•      Track record of engaging with external auditors independently, including managing audit processes

•      Experience in fund management or fund administration is a bonus

•      Proficient in Mandarin Chinese — spoken and written

•      Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple workstreams

•      Comfortable working in a lean team with minimal supervision
