Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base among high net worth individuals from China. The ideal candidate will have a strong insurance background, and a proven track record of dealing with the Chinese high new worth communities.

· Working Location: International Plaza

· Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) (Flexible)

· Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Bonus | Annually $150,000 ~ $300,000

· Duration: Permanent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Singapore. The manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating and presenting financial strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services to clients. You are required to promote and sell our suite of financial and lifestyle products, including insurance, asset management, and wealth planning services. Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in China and relevant international markets. To attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand professional relationships.

Qualifications

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

· Must have at least 10years experience in Finance, Insurance, or Wealth management role

· Must obtain certification in insurance or a General Insurance Education Certificate

· Must have good understanding of insurance products

· Must have experience handling high net worth clients from China.

· Strong business development and relationship management skills

· Expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and asset allocation

· Ability to work independently and in a team setting
