Role: Digital Asset Architect

As our founding technical leader, youll spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of next-gen CBDC and stablecoin platforms across APAC & Europe. Youll translate regulatory frameworks into scalable system blueprints, drive infrastructure and tooling decisions, and introduce best-in-class architectural patterns, all while guiding a lean engineering team and collaborating closely with regulators and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Deliver: Lead requirements gathering, systems analysis, and detailed architecture design for our digital-asset platform. Ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability at every layer.
• Technology Strategy: Own technology selection from hardware and operating systems to databases and middleware, and establish standards through code and test review processes.
• Scale & Maintainability: Design and implement distributed systems and microservices architectures that meet demanding performance and uptime SLAs.
• Security & Compliance: Embed security best practices (threat modeling, CI-integrated static analysis) into every sprint. Interpret regional CBDC and stablecoin regulations and translate them into secure, production-grade implementations.
• Stakeholder Integration: Manage secure API integrations with central banks, payment networks, and third-party operators. Represent the engineering function in product steering and regulatory workshops.

What Youll Bring

• Proven Fintech Expertise: 5+ years in financial technology, including 3+ years architecting or implementing core banking systems.
• Digital-Asset Track Record: At least 1 year leading live CBDC, stablecoin, or tokenization projects, with hands-on smart-contract development.
• Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of distributed-system design and microservices (e.g., Spring Cloud, Dubbo), plus production-scale containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure Leadership: Demonstrated success selecting and sizing servers, OS, and databases for platforms processing 1,000+ TPS.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: A hands-on mentor who enforces engineering standards, fosters cross-functional alignment, and drives projects to on-time delivery.
• Agile & Self-Sufficient: Comfortable owning CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and rapid prototyping in a lean-team environment.
• Integrity & Accountability: Unwavering commitment to data security and system reliability, with zero tolerance for shortcuts.
