BIM Modeler (Architectural/ Structural)

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: BIM Modeler
• Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours (Saturday only when necessary)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission and construction purposes using BIM software
• Update 3D models based on the latest project information and ensure accuracy of drawings
• Monitor, identify, and report design clashes to the Project Design Team
• Support the Project Design Team in managing RFIs and technical clarifications
• Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry (experience with contractor firms preferred)
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation (AECOsim)
• Hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for submission and construction
• Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Able to start immediately or in short notice.
