Assistant Product Manager (Automotive Aftermarket)

Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the responsible product range, including launching products tailored for the local market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for local products, ensuring successful product introduction and market penetration.
• Serve as a technical expert, providing detailed product information and training to the sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with internal team and suppliers to develop new products and improve existing one.
• Conduct thorough market research to gather customer feedback and insights, informing product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in launching new products, preferably within the automotive battery or chemical sectors.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in the automotive battery or chemical sectors
• Possess strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
