Architectural Coordinator (BCA CONQUAS, BIM software/Autodesk Revit)
Our client is a leading construction company, specialize in marine engineering and land reclamation projects.
- Oversee BIM modelers to create shop drawings.
- Manage schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
- Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify conflicts with other trades.
- Work closely with Consultants and Subcontractors to identify the Architectural construction details and M&E services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of building projects experience in Hospital/Medical Facilities.
- Strong knowledge in Singapore Building Codes, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment.
