AI & Data Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity / LLM) - spvw

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI & Data Solutions Engineer to join our team and lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into our nations cybersecurity ecosystem. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and security solutions who enjoy building scalable, end-to-end systems and working on cutting-edge public sector projects.

• Play a key role in implementing AI-powered cybersecurity applications for large-scale government initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and integrating data from multiple security sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau or equivalent) to monitor and report on security analytics.
• Integrate LLM APIs using frameworks such as LangChain to enhance AI-driven automation in cybersecurity workflows.
• Deploy and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, PGVector, FAISS) to support AI search and retrieval functions.
• Create and automate agentic workflows for complex cyber operations.
• Orchestrate AI agent collaboration across the security ecosystem.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git for development, deployment, and testing of AI models.
• Drive end-to-end AI solutions from experimentation to production for SOC automation, threat detection, and incident response.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security, scalability, and operational readiness of AI systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Python, LangChain, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Prior experience in building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with data warehousing tools (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery) is an advantage.
• Exposure to open-source automation frameworks (e.g., Flowise) is a plus.
