Accounts Executive

As an Accounting Executive, you will support the smooth running of the Accounts Payable and treasury functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and payments.

Description

• Process employee claims and vendor payments in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing and monitoring daily cash flow and bank balances
• Liaise with bank officers on foreign exchange and fixed deposit placements
• Support month-end closing activities, including cash book and bank reconciliations
• Prepare relevant AP and general ledger entries
• Assist in resolving overseas payment issues and preparing remittance instructions
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks or reports assigned by your supervisor

Profile

• Diploma in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• No experience required - we value initiative, accuracy, and a positive learning attitude
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
