This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys supporting office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring a professional and efficient workplace. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting various departments and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to management and different departments. Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence professionally. Organize, maintain, and update filing systems, records, and company documents. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars. Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution. Perform data entry and maintain accurate office databases. Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and general office administration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
