Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the retail lending customer base, product offerings and value proposition across the banking business Develop and drive effective campaigns to increase activation, loan take ups and drawdowns Propose improvements based on data and/ or customer feedback to enhance existing product proposition, portfolio performance, product features and user experience Support business development and product related initiatives, including conceptualisation of new product design and participating in user testing Understand and support the development of risk and governance controls, regulator regulations and internal policies. Keep track of competitive landscape, market trends, new products & features, and technologies related to retail lending Benchmark & keep up to date on loan products in major markets globally, with emphasis on South East Asia & China
Requirements 3+ years of work experience, any experience in lending fintech or banking will be a plus Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field Good understanding of retail financing requirements Familiarity with credit underwriting standards and risk mitigation strategies in the retail lending context Works well with ambiguity, self-driven and able to run/manage projects effectively with a continuous improvement mindset; able to work independently or within a team Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle complex situations with many stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results
