• 5+ Experience in IT Disaster Recovery (DR) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM), including planning, testing, and recovery exercises.
• Familiarity with DR/BCM concepts such as RTO, RPO, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and recovery testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments, with exposure to critical business applications and infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills, with flexibility to support planned DR activities outside standard business hours when required.
