Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to identify and prioritize impactful research questions for global products, with a focus on the APAC region.
• Design and execute comprehensive, end-to-end research studies using diverse methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies, and concept testing.
• Synthesize insights and communicate findings in clear, actionable ways to influence product direction, user experience, and business strategy.
• Represent and advocate for the needs and perspectives of businesses and advertisers across the APAC region.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, balancing immediate business priorities with long-term strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with external research vendors as needed to scale research capacity and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the UX Research team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human behavior-related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics).
• At least 4-5 years of experience in applied product or user experience research.
• Proven expertise in qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and concept testing.
• Experience turning research insights into strategic recommendations that inform product or business decisions.
• Experience combining qualitative and quantitative research methods will be good to have.
• Familiarity with the advertising or digital marketing industry and product development cycles will be an added advantage.
