Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate a robust CI/CD platform to enable application teams to efficiently develop, test, deploy, and release software.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing guidance, best practices, and hands-on support during onboarding and adoption of the CI/CD platform.
- Drive the organization's DevOps transformation by streamlining processes and continuously improving CI/CD tooling and infrastructure.
- Manage the full lifecycle of CI/CD tools across heterogeneous environments, including Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premises virtual machines, ensuring security, reliability, availability, and long-term maintainability.

- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and toolchains.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Education and Skill Requirements:
- Proven academic or professional background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience as a CI/CD or Cloud Engineer, with strong exposure to Java, .NET, Golang, and JavaScript-based technologies.
- Practical experience working with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure in production environments.
- Experience automating the lifecycle management of CI/CD platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Full stack development experience is considered a plus.
