About the Role

We're hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of recurring corporate meal program accounts. You'll be the day-to-day owner of these client relationships – making sure programs run smoothly, employees enjoy what's being served, and clients stay engaged and growing with us.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with our vendor partners, on-site coordinators, and operations team to deliver consistent quality, and with our internal teams to keep accounts happy. 

What You’ll Do

• Run great programs. Plan menu rotations with our restaurant and caterer partners, balancing variety, employee preferences, and budget for your assigned accounts.
• Grow accounts. Spot opportunities to expand within existing clients - additional sites, pantry add-ons, ad-hoc events - and convert them.
• Stay close to your clients. Run regular check-ins, gather feedback, and act on it. Conduct periodic site visits to stay connected to how programs are landing with employees on the ground.
• Work with our vendor partners. Work with our restaurant and caterer partners on menu planning and continuous improvement to keep clients happy.
• Keep operations tight. Manage vendor relationships, monitor service quality, collect feedback, be the main point of contact and ensure food safety.
• Communicate clearly. Write client-facing emails, run check-ins, and escalate the right things at the right time. You'll be the trusted face of CaterSpot for your accounts.
• Use data. Review feedback surveys, rotation performance, and account health metrics to make better decisions for your clients.

Who You Are

• You are a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• You have 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, F&B, food service operations, or catering.
• You possess a strong background in business, hospitality & tourism, food/nutrition, or a related field.
• Proactive by default. You don't wait for issues to be escalated – you anticipate them.
• Organized and detail-oriented – you can hold many small things in your head without dropping them.
• You excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities, demonstrating strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and spoken English – comfortable writing professional client emails.
• Calm under pressure. Meal plans run live every weekday; things go wrong, and you stay solution-focused.
