Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an Insurance Product Manager to own and lead the firms product and business proposition strategy.

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing relationships with insurance company counterparts, structuring multi-insurer solutions, and translating product offerings into compelling, client-ready business propositions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with insurance company partners, managing commercial and product relationships
• Coordinate and consolidate promotions, campaigns, and product initiatives across multiple insurers
• Design and structure integrated insurance solutions for client presentations
• Lead the development of product and business propositions for client pitching
• Work closely with distribution and advisory teams to support revenue growth
• Drive proposition positioning and differentiation across insurance providers
• Prepare senior-level pitch materials and commercial proposals

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years experience in: Insurance company, insurance brokerage, bancassurance, or Big 4 consulting with financial services / insurance exposure.
• Proven track record in Business proposition development, client pitching and presentation, Product structuring or commercial strategy
• Strong stakeholder management skills with insurers and internal sales teams
• Commercial mindset with structured thinking
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (as the role requires to communicate in this language).
