Are you the ONE we're looking for?

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator (Associate) who will be responsible for growing, planning and developing social media content, across platforms, for Mutant’s wide range of social media clients.

The ideal candidate has to be confident, well-spoken and creative, someone who's a social media wizard, and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities in the industry.

Bonus points if you've got an influencer network in Singapore to tap into.

You need to have a good handle on social media trends, know your way around different content styles for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and have a knack for creating eye-catching content. You must be savvy at photography and videography via smartphone, editing via tools like Canva and Capcut and have an eye for design and creative content. But most importantly, you need to have a proven track record of success and be hands-on in driving social media content that delivers results and meets client’s objectives.

Last but not least, you have a vibrant personality that thrives best in a fast-paced environment alongside a vibrant team.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be conceptualising interesting and creative social media content and campaigns
• You’ll be creating high quality social media content - static feed posts, carousels, gifs, Instagram stories, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok videos, LinkedIn Feed posts and more
• You’ll need to capture the content via photography or videography on your smartphone, with additional tools and resources provided by Mutant
• You’ll need to draft captivating captions for the posts in good English
• You’ll need to edit raw footage or images via tools like Canva, Capcut and more to produce high quality and ready-to-post content, including splicing videos, adding animations, transitions and captions and more
• You’ll join in on content calendar planning and strategy development
• You’ll need to counsel and advice on simple boosting strategies
• You’ll need to schedule and post content either via native platforms or tools such as Sprout Social
• You’ll need to manage multiple social media accounts, across platforms for multiple clients (with a team of course)
• You’ll need to understand and extract data from social media posts and pages into robust reports inclusive of learnings and recommendations

What you need to be successful in this role:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in social media management content development and strategy in an agency or in-house setting
• You have great knowledge and skills in photography, videography and editing with an eye for design, creativity and aesthetics
• You have a strong command of English and can draft captivating captions
• You possess the ability to think strategically, with the ability to provide sound counsel to clients
• Possess the ability to use social listening and performance data to inform strategy and reporting
• You have a solid grasp of Singapore’s social media landscape, platform differentiation and evolving trends
