About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Wealth Advisory, you will be responsible for providing dedicated client wealth sales advisory and services to the Bank’s clients. You will play a key role in delivering holistic investment solutions, leveraging your expertise in financial products, market trends, and client needs.

What you will be doing

• Advance understanding of global markets and macroeconomics to support advisory activities
• Maintain good knowledge of financial products including Unit Trust, Structured Products, Dual Currency Investments, Fixed Income and others
• Develop Fund Focus initiatives and collaborate with Product Desk to onboard new products based on client needs
• Conduct joint marketing visitations with Sales Advisors and/or Team Heads
• Partner with Team Heads and Sales Advisors to provide a holistic view of the investment cycle, including asset allocation, risk assessment, product solutions, and recommendation rationale
• Prepare research write-ups and contribute to developing house views on market trends and investment strategies

What we're looking for

• Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the financial industry
• Experience as an Investment Specialist or Consultant is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of banking and investment products within Wealth Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Must possess CMFAS certifications: M1a, M1b, M6, M6A, M8, M8A
